The poetry of dummies There is a dead tradition in some part of rural communities in Iran for making rain to solve the problem of the lack of rainfall. It is performed when close to the rainy season, if the rain hasn’t come. “The poetry of dummies” is an experimental performance based this tradition. Some people are gathered to make the rain dance and the story begins in the context of Persian culture.
